VCF Academy consolidates its VCF Elite Camp as an international benchmark  

22 U16 players selected from the VCF Academy Programs that Valencia CF has in America, Asia, and Europe have successfully completed the 4th edition of the VCF Elite Camp, which has allowed them to undergo a specific and high-performance training program for one week at the Valencia CF Ciudad Deportiva. A group of players selected to participate in a VCF Elite Camp that prioritises quality over quantity.

Players from England, the Netherlands, Belgium, Canada, the USA, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Greece, and Cyprus took part in a week of training sessions led by VCF Academy coaches. According to the CIES Football Observatory, the VCF Academy ranks as the fourth-best in Europe in terms of developing players for elite competition (+ INFO).

The participants in the 4th VCF Elite Camp are players who have been continuously monitored throughout the season at the various VCF Academies that Valencia CF has in America, Asia, and Europe, as well as through the numerous Training Experiences or clubs where Valencia CF acts as a Technical Partner.

The week of training was completed with specific technical work, various friendly matches against Academia VCF teams and Escoles VCF teams, and other parallel activities such as a visit to Mestalla or participation in the opening parade of the VCF Academy World Cup.

This outstanding football experience, the VCF Elite Camp, is now firmly established as an international reference and also offers players a valuable opportunity to share a week of intercultural learning and personal growth.

The VCF Elite Camp is part of the broader VCF Academy Programs, which, along with the various VCF Academies spread across America, Asia, and Europe, the VCF Camps held by Valencia CF around the world, the Training Experiences at the Ciudad Deportiva, and many other initiatives, help extend the Club’s brand identity.

Every season, more than 5,000 children from over 50 countries take part in one of the many activities that make up the VCF Academy Programs.
